The basketball team has a coach, an assistant coach, and a manager too. 

At the very least. 

Good.  It is hard to win basketball games and it is more fun to play with lots of support.

But what about those who play for the school itself?  And what about you?

If you run a department of take care of an office or just, you know, teach a class ,your job is much harder and more stressful than the same positon was ten or twenty years ago.
