A Molly pod is Faculty At Large with you and one other person, someone in a circumstance like your own, someone who knows the details of your daily experience who is a partner in making work, life or a project successful.
The Pod was a safe and exciting space for me to reflect about my role in the world and to gain clarity about what really matters. Now, I am not only more effective in my responsibilities, but I am happier with my approach. I loved supporting my fellow Pod members and the time I spent with the Pod is proving to be invaluable.
