What is school as you imagine it?

How do you fool people into staying with the process forever–the infinite game as Simon Sinek calls it–when everyone want’s outcome?

If you step away from school as an institution there to serve the system or even the stdent, what does it become?  And how does it become more than a library or museum collecting dust?

How does school become the marriage of an ashram, a garden and a military base?  A singular space which doles out the fertile and provides safety?

Where does school–this great idea we can improve ourselves and the world–enter into the mainstream of civilization as a way to make giving, rather than accumulation, routine?
