The global village is what is available to us if we use the internet for win-win, rather than self-lose connectivity, what we dial-up online to serve our offline existence.

We think that means help from people we know who might wish to help you and offering help to people too, not through an algorithm, but through a conversation, as if you came into the public square and bumped into the local citizen who hangs out there just to make sure visitors are well met.

Our village is situated next to a river into which, whenever we can, we put money so as to turn the wheel 2.0., the one that spills out wages so people can do their thing and give, for a month.

Because school cannot be concerned only with the chronological future of its students, it must be concerned with the cool of its neighborhood and the flourishing of its neighbors and any community is only as good as the opportunities it offers its citizens.
